At Red Oxx, most of our bags are proudly crafted using CORDURAⓇ Brand
Nylon Fabric. We rely on 1000 Denier weight nylon for the exterior of our
bags and 400 Denier weight nylon for the black or red lining found inside. For
our Neon Packing Cubes, we use 400 Denier Nylon PackCloth. These materials are
designed for performance and durability, chosen to withstand the world’s
toughest conditions.

What’s Denier, and why does it matter?

Denier measures the density of fibers woven into a fabric. Higher
numbers mean a tighter weave—1000 Denier, for example, has more fibers per inch
than 400 Denier, making it stronger and more durable. For gear that has to
